Questions and Answers

Can I come and go as I please if I live in the apartments?

The majority of our apartment residents still drive their own cars and lead busy, active lives. Everyone is free to come and go as they like. Taking trips is easy, too. Residents just lock up, tell us their destination and we wave Bon Voyage!

Must I be a Presbyterian or are Presbyterians given preference?

Glenaire is open to persons of every race, creed, national origin, or religion, without exceptions or preferences.

Can I be assured of an independent lifestyle?

Glenaire is perfect for active seniors who want freedom from the worries and burdens of owning a home. Our philosophy is to allow residents to be as social or as private as they like. Most residents enjoy sharing meals and social outings but, of course, all participation is voluntary.

May I have a pet?

Yes. All pets must be kept indoors. Dogs may be walked on a leash throughout most areas of the community.

How about visitors - grandkids and friends?

Grandkids are welcome to visit, as are other friends and family. This is your home.

Do I have control over my own heating and air conditioning?

Yes. Each apartment and cottage has individual controls for air conditioning and heat.
