Entrance Fee, Deposit and Refunds

• Entrance fees vary according to the size of residences
• A deposit of 10% on the entrance fee is required to reserve a place within Glenaire (the balance of the entrance fee is due 10 days prior to occupancy)
• Applicants can withdraw an application within the first 30 days, receiving a full refund of the deposit
• An applicant's deposit can be refunded in full only if something unfortunate and unforeseen happens prior to the moving date
• Applicants accepted for admission to residences are expected to proceed toward occupancy within 30 days of acceptance
