Ownership and Funding

• Glenaire is a nonprofit, church-related organization
• Funding for operations and improvements is primarily received from residents
• Other funds come from Presbyterian sources, individuals and institutions
• Gifts and contributions are managed by the Glenaire Foundation
• Residents do not own property (except personal belongings) within Glenaire
• Payment of the entrance fee provides membership in the community, use of a residences and the common facilities, and access to the Health Care facility
• Current entrance and monthly fee adjustments are made annually, at the start of the fiscal year on October 1
