Skilled Nursing

The skilled nursing wing of the Health Care facility is fully equipped and professionally staffed to serve residents who need this level of care. In addition to private rooms, the skilled care wing has its own dining and living rooms, patio, bathing room, and nurses' station. The Registered Nurses on duty serve primarily in skilled nursing, but they and their support staff are available to all residents for professional care, immediate attention, and emergency consultations.

Residents may continue to receive care through their own physician, or they may choose Glenaire's Medical Director as their primary care physician. An office and examining room are available in the Health Care facility for visiting physicians and specialists. The resident is responsible for any visiting physician charges.
