Residential Units

Glenaire offers several different apartment floor plans and duplex cottages with various options. Residents also have their choice of wallpaper (in kitchen and bathrooms) and paint colors. Other modifications can be made at the resident's expense and with the approval of Glenaire. A woodworking shop is available for those residents interested and the greenhouse provided affords further recreation in horticulture.

The connectors between the Community Center and each of the three story apartment buildings provide convenience and protection regardless of the weather and for convenience each building is served by elevators. The cottages surround an attractive pond close to the Community Center with nature trails winding throughout the wooded setting.

New Construction
In 2006, Glenaire completed a two-story addition to the north side of the Community Center that includes, at the lower level, an aquatic center, expanded exercise rooms, and relocated game and craft rooms. On the upper level there is a café and a relocated and enlarged library.
