All cottages are two-bedroom/two-bath homes. Each home includes a living and dining space as well as a sunroom/den. Duplex homes have either an attached garage or carport, both with additional storage areas. Each home has a laundry area with a side-by-side washer and dryer plus a small pantry. Nature surrounds each home which can be unique in its setting - some with large backyards, some with scenic foliage and others with a view of the pond.
