Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Nurse Manager)
Retirement Community that has transitioned to the residential household model is seeking a highly motivated, experienced and well organized individual who wants to contribute to a team oriented environment for one of our households. Responsible for clinical leadership of the care team, plus clinical care management for 20 long term residents and short term rehab guests. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of care plans, MDS and federal regulations required. Must be dependable and accountable. Must be experienced with staff management and emergency situations. Minimum of one (1) years related experience preferred. Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives. Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions. Approachable, flexible and adaptable to change. Excellent pay and benefits offered.
