CARY, NC – The Presbyterian Homes, Inc and Glenaire are pleased to announce the upcoming partnership with UNC Physicians Network (UNCPN). Together, the two organizations will manage the on-site health clinic to provide increased access to high-quality medical services for the residents of the Glenaire Continuing Care Retirement Community.
The Medicare-certified Health Clinic, which was recently expanded to accommodate additional on-site services is conveniently located on the Glenaire campus. The partnership with UNCPN will enable Glenaire residents to take advantage of expanded physician and nurse practitioner services without the need to leave the community. The clinic will be associated with UNC Health, offering My UNC Chart to its patients and, making referrals and specialist appointments even easier.
UNCPN will offer additional medical services with a variety of healthcare specialists. From routine visits to lab work, the clinic is proud to provide exceptional primary care medical services, including:
On Oct. 4, Lisa Rosenberg, UNCPN’s Chief Operating Officer and Sachin Gupta, MD, UNCPN’s Chief Medical Officer, visited Glenaire to share news of this partnership with the residents of Glenaire.

The development of this partnership underscores both UNCPN and Glenaire’s commitment to providing specialty services to seniors. This partnership also will increase access to primary care and specialty services while increasing access to a network of care in the surrounding community.
UNCPN has more than 90 practices and over 300 providers who provide a full range of primary care and specialty services to 14 counties throughout North Carolina. UNCPN provides complete care to its patients, offering expertise and empathy within the UNC Health system.
Glenaire is a part of The Presbyterian Homes, Inc. (PHI) whose mission is to honor God by enriching the lives and touching the hearts of those we serve. PHI is a non-profit corporation serving approximately 2,000 seniors in North Carolina through three owned and one managed (Friends Homes) continuing care retirement communities and an affordable rental apartment community (Capital Towers).
